These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the terms of sale — those are set out in the quote and order documents, and those control if the two ever disagree.

Product information

Specifications on this site describe standard products and are subject to change without notice. Performance figures are measured on the standard build under the stated conditions; a different configuration can behave differently. Operating temperature ranges are the tested commercial ranges for the standard build.

The 3D views on product pages are representative illustrations generated from datasheet dimensions. They are not dimensioned drawings and must not be used for mechanical fit. Request a STEP model for that.

Quotes and orders

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. A quote is an invitation to proceed and does not become binding until we accept an order in writing. Pricing, lead time and availability are confirmed per order.

Export control

Our products may be subject to export control laws. Every order is reviewed for classification, end use and end user before shipment, and we may decline an order or require a licence before proceeding. By submitting an enquiry you confirm that the end use and end user information you give us is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You agree not to re-export, transfer or use our products in a manner that would breach applicable export control or sanctions law.

Warranty

This website carries no warranty. Product warranties, where they apply, are stated in the quote and order documents. To the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided as is.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access it by automated means that place an unreasonable load on it, or use the enquiry form to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Intellectual property

The content, layout and graphics of this site are owned by Kelvain Systems, Inc. unless stated otherwise. Product names and trademarks of other companies referenced on this site — including FPGA, converter and processor part numbers — belong to their respective owners, and are used only to identify the components our products are built from.

We are not responsible for the content of sites we link to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Kelvain Systems, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of laws rules.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
